I moved into my apartment at Weatherstone during October of 2008. I have been extremly satisfied, and had no major issues.
There are a few annoyances some people might have with this complex. The apartment is Pet friendly, and you may hear dogs barking, but it isn't loud or bothersome.
I did have an issue getting a maintainence problem resolved (changing a light fixture), however this was mainly due to the apartment manager leaving, and so there was alot of confusion at that time. However all is well now!
Good - has a small work out facility, Water, Sewage, Trash Pickup, and basic cable are included in the rent.
Utilities so far are averaging $90.00 per month. Highest month was $120 when it was lots of cold weather.
Apartments are set off of Goodman, and unless you know they are there, you may miss them! Quiet, no noise issues from neighbors. Friendly staff and very clean.
