I recently moved in at Westwind and was hesitant aabout a move, but a move was necessary, anyhow, the girl in the office, Michelle, was great and real nice, she showed me around property and gave me the address and directions to all the utility companies. She walked my apartment with me, and we went back to the office and she wrote up my complaints, and a couple days later, I went into the office to get a package, and she called me by name, she remembered me, and my address, and is always out on property smiling and waving. My neighbors said she was new, but she seems to know the complex well, and I've been in and out of the office over the last few months, paying rent or getting packages, and she is real friendly to the people and always calling them by name, and the other day I met the new manager, and boy is she an improvement over the last manager. I was considering a move at the end of my lease, and the maintenance man was no peach either, but with Michelle and the new manager, and I hear a new maintenance man, I feel, Westwind is home.

Michelle went out of her way to help me, with the schools info for my kids, she reccommended a great Dr, I have been real impressed.
