My husband and I moved in in April, 2003. It's been very quiet. occasionaly when the children are out of school it can get a little noisy, but that's ok. It's good to here the children playing and having fun. My grandchildren are in Milwaukee, WI and I'm looking forwarded to them visiting. Because I feel that this is a safe area to live and they can enjoy themselves. There's a swing and slide overlooking my duplex and I can watch them from the deck. If you have ever lived in a duplex or apartment before you can clearly see that this is a joy and you can hardly hear you next door neighbor unless they are coming in. And they only do you hear the door shut. Other than that, I rate the noise factor a 5 which is the best, you can't here your next door neighbor, unless they are outside your door. It's been a great year so far.
