When I moved in from out of town, it seemed ideal, but then I found out the manager was a flake, the girl who leased me the apt, quit, another girl moved me in, and then she left, and another girl came, I was not sure about the whole situation, because so far nothing went well, but she turned out to be okay, my 6 month lease went by quick, it came time to renew, and I wasn't going to, the manager wasn't nice, and dodged you, you know what I mean, but on the 5th month, a new manager came in, she was friendly and all, so I decided to consider staying, and the other girl had made it 4 or 5 months, and she was a doll, she knew you by name, and address and all, it was nice to be known, I mean it is no small property, I'd say 225-275 apartments, with more than 1 person in each, and I don't go in often, but when I do, everyone was greeted the same, by name. I decided to stay, 6 more months, it went well, then the new manager left, the other girl stayed, so I thought it was okay, she & I were at a year together, I didn't think she'd go anywhere, and I thought she was the manager now. Boy was I wrong, she stayed, and during this time a couple of part-time girls came & went, but she wasn't manager. The new manager is a B*%C&! She is not nice, and she is not friendly, she is not even there hardely, well, my 6 months are coming up again, & I thought well, she isn't here much, and the other girl is always here, maybe I'll renew, then I find out, you guessed it...... another new management, and my girl from a year and a half left, don't know where she went, but those people are lucky, she is a gem, I wish I knew, because now I am on notice to move and moving is such a hassle, but since she has left, people are leaving like birds flying south for the winter, and I have survived a shoting with the guy dying last September, and another shooting this Spring, I think in late April, or early May, and a rash of break-ins recently, the cops are always here, and it just don't seem safe anymore. I am moving at the end of October, notice already given, and would go with my doll if I only knew where she went, I have been calling differnet places asking for her, so far nothing, do you know where she is, her name is Michelle Whitworth, and she is awesome! If I don't find her soon, I will have to settle for somewhere else, and I don't reccommend Tulane Prk either, it is the same manager at both.
