Another example of managers who cannot manage

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
One of the worst apartment complexes I've been in. Management is rude and deceptive. Their rudeness comes from their inability to properly work with people who may disagree with them. They are also incredibly arrogant which comes from being uneducated and not really aware of what their responsibilities are.
Numerous problems with dogs not being on leashes and running around at large.
Another problem is being located next to an animal shelter where we hear dogs at all hours of the day and night. Whose bright idea was it to build this complex next to an animal shelter'
A lot of speeding goes on in this complex.
Trash overflows in the dumpsters too often.
