From the day me and my husband moved in it has been one problem after another. And I read that one persons report on how they loved it and all the complainers were being petty, but I plung my own toilet and change my own lightbulbs because I know I should, but we had to buy the part to fix our own kitchen faucet. Another thing this person said about do you ever go in there and pay your rent' Well yes I do EVERY TIME since May! and they aren't busy with too much to do. My heater was broke one time when we went to pay rent and both maintence men were sitting in the office talking to the woman about day to day stuff not office matters. Any ways back to the beging about 2 or 3 days before our move in date with me and my husband basically all packed we get a call from the office saying "I hope you're not mad at me, but the apartment you looked at was already taken, but there's one just like it across the street that WILL BE READY TO MOVE IN TO the same day." Yes I was peeved but I was packed and living with my parents so I reluctantly agreed. Well this apartment was far from ready to move in to! We went signed the lease it took the person forever to find the key she looked in every room for it and finally "here it is" so we head to our home. I excitedly held the key! Our first place together! Key in lock NO TURN! It was the wrong key! Wait it gets better. We call the office. They say oh we'll get your key to you in a little bit If you want to go ahead and unload your things you can walk around back and get in through a window! It was slightly overcast so we did before it began to rain on our things. I waited at the front door and when it opened I'll just list every thing that was so 'ready to move in to' from that point: The stand up shower door and the frame fell on me when I touched it, the toilet tank didn't have a cover, the kitchen faucet sprayed vilently everywhere, the air didn't work, the stove had a brown layer of God knows what on it(we were told we were getting a new stove),the dishwasher didn't work, we didn't have any blinds in our living room, and we're still waiting on a key. We of course told them that day and they apologized so nicely like they do (all talk, but they don't do anything). It was a friday we moved in on, my husband's birthday party was that saturday, We of course didn't get the key till that monday, missing the party( we couldn't lock up)! And that was the first weekend! The air took about 5 attempts then finally a professional came and fixed it about 3 weeks later. the shower door stayed by the toilet for about a month and it is still missing pieces and leaks every where when you bathe, we fixed the kitchen faucet, it took a couple of weeks for the dish washer to get fixed,the blinds came in about two weeks and about a week for the toilet tank cover, but its too small so it's just balanced on there. AND THIS WAS 'READY TO MOVE IN TO' I REMIND YOU. Since then the heat wasn't working I called the person told me my pilot light was probably out, WE HAVE ELECTRIC HEAT!!!!!!!!!! On several occasions the day after paying the rent we get a notice that were going to be evicted so we go up there and we usually get a oh I see, but one time I went up there because we got a notice and pointed at the person who took my money order the day before and said that's the person who took our rent. So they began looking around the office, the kitchen in the office'!, the other rooms then finally "Oh here it is" WHERE THE HELL WAS OUR MONEY ORDER!!!! DON'T THEY HAVE A PLACE WHERE THEY KEEP THOSE RATHER IMPORTANT PIECES OF PAPER!!!!!!!!! Well eight months later still the same crap, bound by a lease were waiting it out. My last comment THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING, WHAT DAY IT IS, PROBABLY THIER NAMES, BUT MOST OF ALL HOW TO RUN A BUSSINESS! DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WE DID AND DON'T LISTEN TO THOSE WHO SAY IT'S GREAT, BECAUSE IF A REAL PROBLEM OCCURS YOU'LL PROBABLY PAY FOR IT WHEN YOU MOVE OUT!
