For the year and half that I lived here, I had trouble keeping A/C in the summer and heat in the winter. The month of January we had temps in the 20's at night. I had to buy electric heaters and turn on my stove and open the door when I got home from work just to make it bareable. The hot water heater is in the attic. I had a leak that spilled into my fron bath room and in the hallway. The maintance person tried his best but was stretched so thin and NEVER had the right parts. I do not blame him. All these people want is their $ but could care less about you. I moved into this place thinking I would save $$$ but it cost more than that.
But the real surprise came when we moved out, they said that the carpets had to be replaced and that I would have to pay for it. I am seriously thinking about hiring a lawyer and taken the owners to court and fighting their claim.

My next door neighbors had a water leak and it was not fixed the last month of their lease. They had to live with it. Mud in the parking lot majority of the time.

The walls are then or no insulation in them

I tell you to not live here unless you have no other choice!!
