Don't Move here From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/23/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   No one in the office is competent. If something is broken or in dis array, don't bet on getting it fixed timely without painstaking hassles. Ammeneties are poor, the pool is open 3 months out of the year, and is always closed for this or that. The one clubhouse has turned into the new office, so that ammenity is gone too. The playgrounds are dated, and broken, and painted with light ABSORBING paint, which burns the skin. For 740$ a month for a 2 bedroom duplex, with bad plumbing, and an erroding plot of land.. take your money elsewhere!
