I moved to Westwind in March and only signed a 6 month lease because I wasn't sure that was what I wanted to do. I just renwed my lease for another year. I absolutely LOVE Westwind.

There is nobody above me, nobody below me. I share with one person beside me, but so what... everyone is so friendly.

I have my own driveway where I can park both cars, there is no fighting over a parking space, or coming home and the guy next door has friends over parked in my space.

We have an on-site security guard who typically responds within minutes - unless he's on duty (he's a real cop) and then he sends the nearest officer in his place.

The management here actually CARE about what the residents think and want. We have a neighborhood meeting once a month with the management team to discuss any issues and upcoming events (such as the pool opening party).

The maintenance team is the best. They have a 24 hour guarantee, and believe me, they stick to it. If something goes wrong, which is rare by the way, they are quick to fix it. Of course the only time I called them was to change a lightbulb, but still, they changed it and were nice about it =o}.
