We moved in about 6 Months ago and Love where we live. The community is great and we love our Duplex. The townhomes are very loud at night at it is always busy back there. I am glad we decided to live in a duplex where it is a lot more quiet. The playgrounds are terrible and we would never play there. They told us in the tour they were planning on redoing the playgrounds soon. Who knows if that will ever happen. The fitness center is also terrible and is only open during office hours and that never works with your schedule if you work. I wouldn't count the fitness room as a bonus. There is no clubhouse. The pool is ok, it is usually very dirty and there are always bugs in there. Gettings things fixed is very difficult. They take a long time to come and fix the problem. I guess this is a problem at every apartment complex but it is very annoying. Especially when you really need somethings fixed!
