I have looked at alot of apartments and houses for rent and I have to tell you the only 2 out of all the offices I have been to & people I have spoke to on the phone had a friendly staff, the others all seemed like I was bothering them. Westwind has a very kind, friendly & helpful staff. I had the pleasure of Shelley Ingram helping us find just what we were looking for and Shelley was a hugh help. Shelley answered all the questions we had and some we didn't have, she returned calls and all before we even signed the 1st piece of paper. We have since rented a 2 bedroom loft townhouse and LOVE IT. Most apartments we looked at have a hallway with rooms off to the side, most are all the same, not Westwind, the design layout of the loft is great, very unique. It also has a nice concreate patio area and a grass area with it. You can make it your own. They even encourage you to decorate your porch and/or patio, which is very nice, instead of telling you no personal touches, they encourage it. Westwind puts out a newsletter each month, which is great, it has information, such as "tips for allergy sufferers", smart tip, recipe, suggestions like planting flowers out back or front, putting out hanging plants and many other things. It really is a great little newsletter and I look forward to next months.
Oh, I almost forgot a important (at least to me) part, you have your own 2 parking spots marked, which is very nice, so you always know when you get home with all the groceries you can park close to your door.
I highly recommend that if you have not checked out Westwind Townhomes & Duplexes, that you go over and visit Shelley Ingram, BEFORE you sign that lease with someone else, you maybe sorry you didn't once you see visit Shelley Ingram at Westwind. Shelley make the entire process go smoothly and painfree. I was actually dreading all the paperwork that goes with getting in somewhere new and Shelley Ingram made it great and made you feel like you were already part of them.

Is this community quiet? I see you only gave it three stars. I live at Plum Tree Apartments. And it's very noisy, the neighbors play loud music, and I hear a lot of loud door slamming.

I don't know how it put the star's on there, cause I would give it 4 or 5 stars. It is VERY QUIET !!
