I love the layout of my duplex. It reminds me of a small house. Only problems are since we live on a cove parking can be a problems when tenants have visitors. I would like to see upgrade to the units. Unfortunately I moved into my unit when the property was under a different ownership. Several items in my unit need to be replaced. The staff members are nice. Convenient methods of rent payment.
