Going down hill

I have lived here for many years. It used to be a wonderful place to live. They use to have fun activities always going on. The managment staff used to care about the residents but not anymore. Wish we could have the old managment team back...Tonya and Phyllis. Maintenance staff is really bad, it takes weeks and several calls to get anything done.
