Chatham Village appears nice from the outside, but once through the gates, it's a different picture all together! There is never enough parking - too many cars that don't run just sit and collect dirt. People park wherever and cars are always getting hit with no regard. The main drive is a drag strip and the entrance gates rarely work properly. Residents enjoy music that is too loud for the thin walls and people are always loitering on the property. This is not a safe place to live and the majority of the residents are inconsiderate of others and show no respect for anyone other than themeselves!!
