I live at Parham Point and have been here for two years. I have had problems with the management. I have to threaten to call WJTV 3 on your side to get my air fixed.I have had notices on my door after I paid my rent. When something is broken it takes forever to be fixed. I was even told by a mantinence worker that some work orders are thrown in the garbage by the leasing agent because they are too minor and she doesn't want to be bothered.
