bad apartment experinece

I just recently moved out on my own in March and I chose to stay here. I have hated everyday I spent in this apartment. My tub leaks down stairs in my kitchen cabinets. My refrigrator leaks on the inside, my 1.5 bath toliet does not work and my stove does not work. And the reason they say they havent fixed anything is cause they dont have a key for my apartment. How do you not have your own key the office for all your apartments. I CAN'T WAIT TIL SPETEMBER FOR MY LEASE TO BE UP.
