Going down hill

I have lived on the Hampton house for over 20 years and this place has gone from good to bad. The managment company does not fix anything you request. You have to call over and over to get an a/c fixed when its 90 degress outside. The previous managment staff was great (Phyllis & Tonya) but wish I could say the same about the present staff.
