I have lived here for 4 years and it has gone DOWN HIll!!! Management is awful!!! You are talked to really nasty and they act as if they are doing you a favor by living here. There is an excuse for why everything is not working right. The laundry rooms are awful. There is either no hot water or rust in the water. I was told just don't use them. The only thing they keep up is the landscaping. The noise is awful and you have to put up with it because they have no courtsey officer. The noise can last all night. You pay too much for nothing. I was told I need to find a house. You can smell drugs or hear loud music on any given day. There have been break ins and no one was never notified. You found out by the victim going around telling everyone. Water is turned off without notice. They only come spray when they feel its neccessary. The list goes on. Not a good place to live if you have a family, elderly, or want to live somewhere peaceful.
