Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
 
Terrible Management. Terrible Maintenance. Period. Hampton House does not take care of their tenants at all. I have asked for repairs multiple times over the past 6 months and they have not fixed a single issue. Now my apt. is standing in water. I call the front office and the response I get is, "Oh, we'll take care of that." Let's see how long this will take...
Do not rent here.
