North Colony TownHomes aka Carrington Townhomes @ 420 Beasley Road are great. The townhomes are managed by two very nice and professional twins. They are very sweet ladies and address any issue promptly and nicely.

Also the price is a steal at $655 for a 2br-1.5bath. There a several different layouts, but they are all priced very reasonably. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, the houses are gated and the pool is beautiful. My beadroom and closets (there are 2 per bedroom!) are huge. Lots of storage place in the untis. I think my townhouse unit is 1230ft. Very spacious and comfy.

Also- Everything is in good repair and the location is only one exit of I55 to county line road and walmart and northpark mall and a bunch of other great shopping areas. I-20 to 220 clinton is also less than 4 miles away. Convienent, safe, and friendly location.

2 frontdoor parking spots per townhome, and lots of addtional parking for guests less than 20ft from your door :)No noise, the grounds are maintained well,safe area.

This is by far the best place i've stayed in. No ghetto kids and people disturning me. I love it. wish i could live here forever, but i'm going to gradschool and have to move :( AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
