I have been living at PC UNFORTUNATELY. I have been here long enough to see this community go from a racially mixed community, to one where nothing but unruly kids, babies mamas and thieves frequent. This place has changed office personell so many times, until it is just foolishness. I have to admit, at least this time around the staff are decent, but if you value your safety and don't want to run a good risk of being robbed, you need not move here. PC has gone the way of all the once used to be great apartment complexes in this city. To the dogs! North Hill Square, the Advantages, etc., all used to be very nice places to live, but not now. It got so bad at one point, I had to ask management if the apartments were turning over to HUD, so I could definitely move. Unfortunately with the economy the way it is, no one is rushing to give you a home, so I am stuck until I can get out, and I do mean stuck. The maintenance personell are questionable. My apartment was broken into, while I was home, after some extensive A/C work I had to have done, any coincidence' I should think so. You are basically on your own as far as crime is concerned. The police will almost always get there too late and management is like oh well, sorry. There is NO covered parking, because they are too lazy to enforce it. Children are allowed to take trash to the dumpsters. They don't quite do as good of a job as their lazy parents could, so trash is everywhere, including outside of the dumpsters instead of in the dumpsters. The apartments are huge compared to some of the more expensive smaller ones they make now. This is the ONLY plus I can gather.
