very unorganized, they are not truthfull when it comes to dealing with tentants about already exsisting problems within and out of there space, they do not make it feel like a home environment- they make it like a jail cell due to guidelines they claim betters the community-however you pay out the ass, not everyone has the same rent amount: this means people are moved into unclean and unkept apartments before any maintenance
is done and already available for
rental, yard areas flood and most have usable gates to exit and a few do not however it is the tentants responsibilty if any damage is done to the carpet due to having to drag garbage through the living room floor, roaches come into the apartments, other tentants of apartments park in no parking areas blocking bridges and fire zones and also taking the space of a handicapped person so they can park closer to their apartment, landscaping is done to the outer apartments but the inner buildings have shrubs .... thats it!
