The palisades is very overpriced. You are not guaranteed parking. The gate is very old and barely wants to open but if it should hit your car, they would not be responsible for it. You have to pay the electric bill if it is over the price they want even if it is your roommate who sleeps with the tv or radio on. The apartments always look bad when you move in and then you have to beg for things to be fixed. They charge you fines if you waste something on the DIRTY carpet that was already destroyed when you move in. The staff is very unprofessional, one sells drugs and smokes weed with residents while the other is a pervert and preys on freshman girls. There is just so much negative things i could say! Your visitors can't park inside the gate they have to park across the street where cars are towed and broken into. you don't supposed to have anybody spending the night with you...totally dumb! Definately not enough parking spaces and even though you pay rent they will tow your car! The clubhouse staff throws parties on midterm and finals week when you should be studying and you can't complain because the people who work there are partying with the residents who don't even go to school after they get a refund check. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
