i definetly would not recommend ANYONE staying here..The area around is a TOTAL SLUM!!My apartment has gotten broken into to twice, and still is not sure who did it!! then parking is terrible my guests have to park way across the street!

I agree with you, the management is awful. They don't know how to talk to the tenants nor how to handle business. They speak to the tenants as if they are stupid. They feel they can get away with this because of the ages of the tenants (college students) but I am not through with their behavior towards me. I plan to make a complaint further. I will not go into details of the things that were said to me. They are not professional even though they will constantly use that word. They are a disgrace to other apartment complexes in the area. If you plan to stay there once you complain or have a problem with somethin and you will soon see. The two male managers are ridiculous, they are riding on their high horse. Really words cannot describe these two. There is no concern for the tenants or their safety. I would rate the management as a -0

I totally agree. The management is terrible.. They show favoritism to certain tenants (e.g. free rent for a semester)while others have to suffer from the unconscionable financial mistakes that the GHETTO BOOKKEEPER makes.. ARE YOU SERIOUS? How can an ALLEGED bookkeeper forget to collect RENT? BY BEING THE EPITOME OF GHETTO, THAT'S HOW!!!!However, I do not intend to stop at this point.. I intend to speak with their superiors about my situation because I am aware of so MANY egregious practices that goes on at the palisades..... KNOWLEDGE IS POWER!!!!!!
