I recently bought a home, but in the last year I have lived a Arbor Station and enjoyed it. I am not military and was not charged any unfair amount when I moved out. It seems someone might have destoyed their carpet and has to pay for it well when you destroy property you have to know you are responsible to repair it. As far as the office staff they have always been presentable and pleasant. The maintenance men are great. James and Rick are great they are friendly and always going out of there way to help. I would recommend Arbor Station to anyone of my friends or family.
