A lot of the nice things that lure you to
AS(S) are not actually taking place. The gate is a joke- always open. The construction was so loud the year we lived there it would wake me up every morning 1t 6:30. The fitness room is lame and always very hot.

Now they are charging for water, even. The fireplace is a fake gas log one which costs a bundle to run even just occasionally. Storage in the one bedroom apartments was a joke, very very little closet space at all.
The girls who work up front were condescending 20 year olds who acted like they deserved to be sitting around playing with their hair all day, and why were we bothering them with actually doing their job'

We had a one bedroom apt, now, elsewhere, we have a 2BR townhome for 150 bucks a month LESS!!!!

I like this complex because the gate is locked, even during the day (unlike most complexes that only lock the gate at night). I also like having the gas or electric fireplace, as I don't have to worry about clean up or buying wood. The smaller model one bedroom apartment is lacking on closet space (the bigger model has plenty of space), but that's why you look at apartments BEFORE you move in. A lack of closet space or similar issue would not come as a surprise if a renter had done his/her homework.

I lived there 2 years. The gates were open for months at a time. Then they start closing them. Until they have to leave them open again. The passcodes have NOT been changed in 3 years. Bad secerity breach!

They refuse to change the passcode to the gym as well. Talk about dangerous!!!! I worked out at 5:30 am and I took mace with me every morning because you never knew who would be hanging out there.
