Think again before you rent here. I wish I had. I have mice running all over my apt at night. When I complained they brought some mouse sticky paper traps and placed them all over my apt. This was a joke. The mice get stuck to the traps and then you have to deal with disposing of them. Furthermore my dog kept getting them stuck on his beard. I finally just decided to live with the mice if that was all they could come up with.
Not only do I have lots of mice, I also have those huge wood roaches.
The carpet is the cheapest available. It sheds all over the place and is worse than any kind of dog hair. When I vaccum I have to stop several times and unclog my vaccum cleaner before I can finish.
None of the interior doors will fasten shut. I have complained about this and they made an attempt to fix them but they still don't work.
I moved in and two doors were not even painted. The maintance man painted one, but the other still remains unpainted.
The light fixtures do not provide adequate lighting at night.
The grounds are trash ridden in areas not visible from the main street.
When the sprinklers are on at night they spray the entrance to my apt. Most all the sprinklers spray the sidewalks more than the grass.
The apt gate seldom works correctly and when it does it is a long boring wait.
My stove is not level. It rocks back and forth when I try to cook on it.
As you can see there is nothing I like about this apt. I feel it is way overpriced for what you get. For 1100 a month I expect a little comfort, but this is a real hole in the wall. I can't wait for my least to run out.
