This complex is outstanding. I never see trash on the grounds, and landscaping is well maintained. The pond is kept clean and working. The entrance gate, when broken, is fixed within a couple hours usually. Everyone is very nice, and the place is maintained well. Interior made of high quality materials. Space is ample and high ceilings to boot. If it weren't an apartment, I'd stay here for the long haul.
