It has gone downhill since the other person reviewed it. Luckily we have not seen the rats, but we are overrun with roaches, probably because the 7 teenagers living in the 2 bedroom apartment next to us are filthy. The office does nothing about the noise, partying, people hanging out here who obviously do not live here. The entry ways are filthy inside and nobody cleans it. The manager gets extremely angry if you try to talk to her about problems. We are considering legal action at this point.
