My neighbor just gave me this link and I'm really interested in the posts on this site. Never have I had any problems here, when I've had service needs they have been taken care of quickly. I'm military and had to do all of my prelim over the phone and fax and the office ladies were very helpful, I had no problems with my move in. I have now lived here 5 months, I am happy here and recommend it to the guys transfering in at the CBC. When you see any of the maintenace on site or office ladies they always speak and know us, I've lived places that don't bother to know the people but they do, it's nice to be known by name.

My A/C went out on a Sunday afternoon, I paged maintenance and had someone their within an hour to take care of my problem. My foyer recently was painted and had the carpet cleaned.
