I have been here 2 years and I am leaving ASAP. Yes they painted the foyers after YEARS of them being filthy and the carpets in the hallways are never cleaned. Just wait until summer when the A/C goes out...you can expect to wait months. We've had ceiling leaks, A/C leaks, furnace not working, neighbors partying non stop, you name it and the office does nothing. Even maintenance said they only want them to patch problems, not fix them correctly because of the cost. This is a hideous place and looks to be turning to a welfare complex.

I use to live at Longwood and I have nothing but great reviews for them. The office was always there for me when I needed them and maintainence came when we called. I would still be there if I didn't have to move back home to Iowa to take care of my mom & dad. I would recommend them 100%
