Two weeks ago, my upstairs neighbor left thier apartment and went to work forgetting to unplug their bathtub and turn off the water all the way. Needless to say I had water coming through my ceiling by the time I came home that night at 8 p.m.. there was nice puddle in my bathroom and in the hallway. I called maintence after-hours and the guy was there in 15 minutes he took care of everything. They brought the shop vac to clean up the mess in my apt. and the upstairs neighbors. The next morning a Saturday, they had professional carpet cleaner there to take care of everything. Service is superior and fast. And the office went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of.

I am very happy and satisfied with Longwood, their maintenance staff and office.
