I used to be the manager for Pecan Village from November 2002 to July 2004.
When I took the property over it was really in bad shape.18 months of rehab and renovation made it a beautiful place to live.
I always took care of the residents and for the last persons comments, if you have pets in your apartment you will have fleas, All the units have new carpet &vinyl we do not provide fleas. This was never brought to my attention, they probably would have had to tell me about their pets.If you are unhappy I suggest moving somewhere. My daughter now runs the property and I am sure she is taking care of her residents needs in a timely and effecient manner.
