Don't know what people are complaining about - This complex is outstanding. I never see trash on the grounds, and landscaping is well maintained. The pond is kept clean and working. very nice place to live - I used to be the manager for Pecan Village from November 2002 to July 2004.

I loved it I read the former review but I loved it. The staff was nice, the neighborhood was great, and the pool was nice. It's a big community so there are going to be a disturbance of some sort sometimes.(ie loud music, kids being kids) but I was extremely pleased with the apartment

Starter/Low Income apartment only On question 9. I would reccomend Pecan Village to a family that has two kids, with the parents making just above minumal wages. Maybe as a starter apartment. Some of the tenants are under 23, some are on Section 8. The apartments are atleast 20 years old as told

My two bedroom apartment has lots of space, nice sized pantry and lots of cabinets in the kitchen. The built in bookshelves are a plus too!

Just wait I have been here 2 years and I am leaving ASAP. Yes they painted the foyers after YEARS of them being filthy and the carpets in the hallways are never cleaned. Just wait until summer when the A/C goes out...you can expect to wait months. We´ve had ceiling leaks, A/C leaks, furnace
