When I moved to Meridian, I had one month to find an apartment. I visited several times and there were no vacant apartments, except Pine Creek. I was very hesitant but I had no alternative.

My refrigerator has leaked for over a year. I have asked on numerous occassions for a replacement. Following the policy I made the request in writing and it is still leaking.

Also like most of the apartments there are no screens on the windows or the screens have holes.

Office staff can at times be unfriendly when you advised them of needed repairs in your apartment.

The pictures I'm including are of the screens (and lack there of on two windows) and my thermostat during the summer of 2007. My air conditioning stopped working and it took several days for repair. If I had not advised them that I am asthmatic, I am certain it would have taken longer to repair. Also note the incorrect reading of the thermostat.

If you have another housing option than Pine Creek, take it.
