Lived there for over a year, management changed several times, maintanance couldnt be any worse, $580.00 a month for a 3 bedroom in the nastiest appartment ever. I would not ever recomend PINE CRACK appartments to anyone who didnt smoke crack. I had reported black mold that would grow on the windows and around windows, and they did nothing nor even acted like they cared. LOTS of noise, even had a stabing and shooting while I lived there. THANK god we are out of there.

I live in Pine Creek Apartment at this present time. My Apartment is horrible. The Manaagement is pitiful. The maintanance is a joke, I saw two maintanance workers drinking beer outside someones appartment just last week. When refrigerators or stoves need replaceing maintanance goes to another apartment that's empty and gets what they need. I witness this numerous of times. Pine Creek is full of roaches. The owners are rich and live in New Orleans and all they care about is money. Do not go to Pine Creek.You will be very upset!! This is the truth and nothing but the truth,so help me God.
