The Woodlands claim to be the nicest apartments in Meridian. They are not. The apartments are poorly insulated and the utility bills are ridiculous. The apartment manager, Beverly, does absolutely nothing at all. Any complaints given to her, she will retalliate against you. During the duration of our stay at the Woodlands, we had numerous problems with our neighbors underneath us and behinds us. Any complaints that we made, Beverly would find something to come at us with. Our downstairs neighbor would regularly burn things on his porch resulting in burning our balcony.
Our apartment was falling apart. Our light fixtures were broken and one of our outlets would regularly shoot sparks out of it. Once we complained about the issue and nothing was done.
I would not recommend anyone renting from The Woodlands. Beverly was awful and the apartments are not worth the money you pay. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
