A roof over your head, with water spots

Years at this apartment: 1998 - 1998
Ceilings had lots of water spots from leaks.
My air conditioner broke & the maintenance man told me he thought my apartment was cool enough without it, so he just didn?t fix it!
There are no washer/dryer hook-ups in individual apartments, though they have a laundry room in the middle of the courtyard, which is a long walk for anyone to haul a laundry basket, especially if you have small children in tow.
There is a swimming pool though!
