My wife and I just moved into Chateau Bayou for a month now and we haven't cold air but maybe a full day or two. From the first day we complained about the a/c, we were told it needed a part. They ordered the part 3 different times, but they used them in 3 different apartments because they were more important we were told. Our patio area cannot be used due to fear of falling off, the boards and the railing are in poor condition. They ordered the wrong size scaffolds and we still haven't heard back about that situation. In short, we strongly recommend not moving to these apartments unless you are just desperate.
