Maintenance and tenants have known criminal records

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
Maintenance has changed 5 times the past year. Management has now rehired a maintenance man who has just been released from jail and has had previous criminal record for theft, drugs and allegedly involuntary manslaughter. The complex wants to charge market price rent without market place facilities or protection from insecure environment.
