i can truly say the review dated 6-22-03 is very true. maintenance has been jailed and released and still working on this property. this property is very poorly maintained and whatever you do , do not complain, as it will put you on their list of people to not renew. i should know. i did complain to upper management about illegal activity on property involving employees and i was not to be renewed. they did me a huge favor though and i am all to happy to leave. the 3 alarm fire should tell ANYONE looking to reside at chateau bayou property something. they do not have qualified staff to properly maintain this property. it has truly gone downhill with the current managment team and staff on hand now. you are only a bother to them when you have a problem. this property should really be looked into as far as structural and electrical damage goes. please unless you have no other option, do not move in there. you may really be sorry if you do.
