Chateau Bayou Apartments

From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/17/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   this is to inform the individual that wrote he is happy living at chateau bayou that his apt. must not have problems. it doesnt matter whether you have an opinion of someone or not. i believe the person who complained about staff there,as i lived there almost a year,and broke my lease because of problems there. so, good for you for being happy. that place has serious problems!they do not fix anything in a timley manner and do not fix it correctly! the office people are not nice and pleasant, in fact, it seems as soon as you get to know someone in there, they change them. hmmmm...wonder why...because the manager is so sweet' think again. you must not have ever had issues in your apt. that place is in need of a review by building inspectors! renters beware! stay clear of this place! and that short guy in maintenance was in jail, and does do drugs! but then again so does half of that complex!
