this is an interesting guide,and after my initial review of these apartments, and my "guided tour",by a lady named donna, i have changed my mind completely. this place looks okay on the outside, like from the highway, but when you get inside and inspect the place and see what they have to offer you for the price,.... its really a downright joke! its older than methusulla***! come on.. give me a break, i have to say the only decent thing there is the pool, and its not that big anyway! i was reconsidering my decision, and stopped by one night after work to see the night view of the pool and the lights don't even work in the pool! and a resident told me that a girl had drowned in the pool last year! could that be because the lights dont work' i had my answer after that nightly visit. i would not live in that place if they knocked off 50 bucks from the rent. its too old and not well maintained . and the lady wasn't very friendly either, i felt as if i was putting her out asking questions about the apartment. not a very personable person!view it for yourself! a townhouse she says market rate is almost 700.00 a month. thats a joke, right' they dont have a gym room or anything... just a broke down pool! thanks, but no thanks!
