One thing is for sure, I would never send a friend to live in this place. When you first get here they act like they care but your money is the bottem line. They do nothing to stop people from speeding through this place and our children are in contant danger. People play their music as loud as they please and again nothing is done. OH YEA!! I did get a notice on my door saying they would evict people if they didn't pick up their dogs POOP. The priorities here re most definitly in the wrong place and can't wait to be able to move.

i also HATE ft. bayou, but in response to your complaints: keep your kids inside and quiet. that was one thing i hated there was all the NOISY kids running around with no supervision. management did not care. apparantly neither do the parents. the parking lots are for cars, not kids. take them to the park or something. i also hated the loud music coming from cars driving thru. i agree with you there. all that booming is so annoying. i judge anyone that plays their music loud trying to show off their car speakers. i wonder what they are trying to compensate for. and about your animal, it is in accordance with city ordinances that you clean up after it. i used to live next door to this old hag with an ugly, loud, yapping dog that never shut up. management didn't care about that either. the old hag was always letting her dog crap in the grassy area behind my apt. not hers, and she never cleaned up after it. i am surprised management even said anything to you about it. but in that case, they were right. no one wants to step in that. how would you like it if it happened to you?
