management seems great at first, but once you?re in the contract, you take a backseat. had to have my air conditioner refilled every other week, instead of fixing it correctly. many instances of skateboarders AROUND THE CARS, and they did nothing, but also won?t cover any damage if something happens. had some habitual extremely noisy neighbors, office was useless and had to resort to calling police. $300 pet "fee" covers no damages, even if pet related. once confronted about this issue, management was rude. get something other than a cat or dog,,,,there?s no fees. maybe a skunk or pig. kept a $100 deposit because there were some coathangers, 2 curtain rods, and a FRESH ROLL OF PAPER TOWELS left in the apartment. i would?nt wish this place on my worst enemy.
