Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
I lived in Fort Bayou Apartments for a year. I had a small dog, paid the pet fee and was still charged over one thousand dollars for "new carpet". The management of this complex do not respond to emergency calls - I was almost robbed. My rent was never late - ever and they still gave me a hard time. I hated this place. The day our lease was up we moved out. It was the worst experience of my live to live there.
