Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
I rented here for the past 1 1/2 years. The manager keeps telling me every month that I need to pay the remainder of my balance. I kept telling her that I paid it all at once and that one of the office personnel that I had been giving it to could have been taking it, because I always paid w/ cash. Nothing was ever done about it, and I was left w/ a high balance when I moved out.
