(user photo) Took 3 months to fix,They tried 2 gv me 1/2 maroon carpet, thats why there's concrete

Not only did I get charged false fees in excess of $1000 for silly things,so did several other residents I knew and ran into over the years.The kicker,a lawyer for this is $1500 min.Funny how everyone's fee is just under that.They do act sweet until you get ready to move or need something fixed,C.Numnum is as crooked as LMS reality(owner).6yrs,went from $595-$725 in 1yr after LMS bought it.Beware
