I have lived at the reserve for a year and a half and have had a terrible experience. The management is rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. My apartment was broken into during the night by the porch door being kicked in. The maintenance refused to replace the door and just screwed the broken piece back together. This was after the tenant below me was broken into and I was not alerted. They actually rented the apartment below me with the footprint still on the door from where it had been kicked in. There is no security. The mailboxes have been broken into several times and no notice was given to tenants. Packages seem to dissapear and there is no id check to pick up a package. The fitness center codes were changes without given notice to tenants and the pool is dirty and crowded. Our lease was altered and the prices keep going up. Plus, there is only one enterance and exit from the complex and it is impossible to turn left into or out of the complex.
