Living here at The reserve has been on of my best renting experience's ever. Management here is always on top of any problem I have ever had, this is a pleasant surprise, as I have not been this lucky at other places I have lived. The other residents living here tend to keep to themselves, but are responsive in a positive way, every time I say hello. The gym here is very nice, there is some very up to date cardio exercise equipment, and a descent selection of dumbbells. All in all I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Wow, you must be easy to please! The fitness room is perpetually HOT, equipment is often broken for weeks at a time, and it is never sanitized and the room is not cleaned past taking out trash and vacuuming. Most of the lower weight barbells are missing. The ellipse machines both have a nasty hitch in them because they do not get routine maintenance. Management seems often in way over their head and changes once a year or more often. It just changed yet again. I think we are on the fourth GM of our tenancy (which is less than four years, and YES we are trying to move).
